Very bad service

Good Day<br> <br> I have paid up my account with RCS 2 years ago and they still haven't cleared my name with Trans Union i have been in contact with them a view Times where they said they will clear my name and still nothing, I just feel that they are fast to harass one for payment but when they have to held up their end it does not happen, I have been shown away from many people due to bad credit because they have not cleared my name. I also feel that they should compensate me for all the inconvenience they have caused me in the last 2 years.<br> <br> Kindest regards<br> Bernadine Page
