Utterly disgusted!!!!

I sent and email to [Email Removed] on Monday, June 15, 2015 10:40:28, email was read on Monday, June 15, 2015 10:40:28 AM and was ignored because I haven't received any response or acknowledgement of my email. I also complained on Hello Peter choosing the supplier's as GAME, they responded saying that they referred the matter to RCS but up until today I have not received any calls from you. I have called ***numerous times and only today I was told that I need to send documents in order to close my account. If I'm not getting any response I will make sure that I take this matter further up.
