Useless Service

<p>I app**** for credit through RCS which I have had an account with before and Paid it very well ... They now tell me I cant have credit because I dont have credit they cant give me and account because I have no accounts ? I had this same issue the last time and when I called their call centre they said someone would call me back and yet no one has called me back this is after I had to contact them as they could not even send me a sms telling me a that my application has been logged never mind denied TOTALLY PATHETIC AND USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
