Useless RCS Jet card division callcentre

I actually wanted a zero🥺I am with my elderly mother who needs to replace her card. Calls are being dropped,then transferred from pil**** to post..... I am in the Jet store in Lenasia Signet Terrace... My number is *** . The store manager is pathetic as well, because he is not even here and he doesn't have logins for RCS in the store.
