Useless fools

This company's services is poorest of poorest. Worst customer services at all. All I wanted was a statement reflecting the banking details so I can pay of the balance. I had to go in my lunch break take a taxi to a Game store, because I had no joy on that call centre nr where no consultant is available for a whole day.At Game I spoke to a lady Philisiwe who confirmed the statement doesn't have their banking details on and she is waiting for her supervisor to send me something which is reflecting the banking details. Up to now I'm still waiting for the statement. Bunch of useless fools who doesn't give a damn about their customers.
