Useless, everytime you have to purchase you have to call and request permission to use the game card, imagine the embarrassment on the till card declining and have to stop the whole queue to request permission

Useless, everytime you have to purchase you have to call and request permission to use the game card, imagine the embarrassment on the till card declining and have to stop the whole queue to request permission. Can't even register on the app because you are forced to have a smart card otherwise you cannot be verified and as such no access to the app.
