useless

i was handed over to MBD i paid up my acc in full i did send my letter to RCS..and still it is showing on my acc it has not been paid...this is a useless company and would not recomend to any of my friens and family to open an acc at them...i have used my rent money and had to sell my bike to pay them not knowing this would happen...my land lord is about to kick me and my 4year old boy out due to not paying rent...i jave to make a loan at the bank.wich i cant because of RCS not doing there job like they supose to...thanks RCS
