Useless Company
From being handed over to attorneys for "non-payment" before being contacted to make a payment arrangement, to those attorneys telling me the account was "withdrawn from our office as per client request since 22.12.2022"(I was only informed as such 21 July 2023), to being handed over to a different set of attorneys today(13 September 2023). Despite an email sent by myself on 21 July 2023, I have received no communication from RCS. The first I'm hearing about the account is today from SSDA. Absolutely pathetic that despite wanting to pay my dues, I am unable to due to the incompetence of RCS. And now further insult is added to injury in a second time being handed over with zero contact made.

22 Sept 2023, 20:31Unless you are calling from Shapiro Debt Collectors, Miway Insurance or Telesure Insurance, no calls or missed calls came through. I did respond to the email from Samantha but a week has gone by with no response. I have been answering every spam call I get in hopes that it's RCS trying to make contact but no such luck. Your debt collectors are more active in trying to make contact than you are. However you should know that as soon as I answer those calls, there is no one on the other side and then the call is dropped. At least they have been kind enough to advise me of my outstanding amount due.
