Useless
Customer service is up to nothing.
Dealt with them over the phone for more than 2 hours because my PIN cannot be reset/set on my new card. Keep getting put through to another department were it seems like no one knows what they are doing. Keep getting promised calls backs with no call back ever happening. Worst I have ever dealt with for my Jet account
