Update My Invoice! Allocate payments to my account

Can somebody at RCS sort out my dilemma please!!<br> <br> I had been paying for my account but the reference number used (provided to me by the RCS consultant) was incorrect. As a result my payments were never recorded and my account handed to a collections agency. I have been fighting this since JULY- sent fax and emails yet no one reverted back to me.<br> <br> I have emailed my bank statement with proof of payments and the reference number used and I am told I need to provide Target details!?!!! <br> What Target details are you looking for- I have sent proof of payments from my bank statement, I further included a letter clearly stating dates, payment amounts and the reference number used.<br> <br> PLEASE ALLOCATE PAYMENTS MADE TO MY ACCOUNT AND PROVIDE SETTLEMENT VALUE!
