Unresolved issues .. no help from the manager

Hi there.. I want to let everyone know that the manager of Rcs credit card, does not get back to you.. the consultants incharge doesnt seem to know things which I want to know the answers for.. they keep on promising that they are going to tell the manager to phone, but nothing happens.. I have already phoned them thrice and my issue isnt resolved with them.. manager, if you are reading this review, please get back to me asap.. when the card was offered to me, I was told I can settle my account within 55 days.. and if I'm paying installments then 10th or the 11th of every month.. I settle my full amount by the 11th of every month as the statements are run out on the 12th.. I settle my amount according to my last statement. So I'm not sure where I'm incurring interest as due to religious reasons , I do not want to indulge in it and I made it clear to them as well when they offered this card that I do not want any interest.. plus why am I being charged for the late payment as all my payments are up to date in full. In January ul did the same but then when I queried, it was reversed..but why again is this happening?
