RCS VIP FASHION PASSPORT ACCOUNT

I have contacted the call center before to let them know that they should stop charging interest on my account because it is a 6 months interest free account.The consultant assisted after I have called many times. Now they are doing it again charging me interest and u I called the several times and j cant get through I sent an email and there was no response. Please assist me with changing my plan back again to the 6 months interest free plan and advice on why it keeps on changing and charging me interest.

Please call me back or respond my emails because this is tiring.
