Unpleasant experience with Jet.

Good day.

I am rewriting this review regarding my jets account. At this moment they are changing company's. I made payments on the jets account. I contacted RCS on Friday the 23rd of April 2021 regarding the payments on my account. The lady said to me when they handed over the account to the lawyers the account is already written of and yet they did not explain it to me then. She only expkained explained it to me when i contacted RCS on the 23rd of April 2021 from in store. I was paying the account to keep the account. U have paid them over R10 000 that was in arrears and yet they said the day that they handed the account over to the lawyers the account is written of. Please assist me in this matter.
