<p>In November 2016, i request R6000 cash advance, i received 2 amounts and paid the one amount the same day i received the deposit. since then i have been paying for two advances premiums. In February a lady by the name of Tellulah assured me that she understand my query and will request the necessary premiums to be refunded to me. i was required to pay the end of Feb instalment, which i did. when i called again, i was told the refund was done, however they cannot give me an interim statement. Now i receive my new statement and i receive a credit of R31 and they debited me with a futher R 5400. this makes no sense at all. my instalment remains increased at no stage has my account been reduced. i am utterly disgusted. i want this matter resolved with a revised instalment. </p> <p>should the matter not be resolved i will not hesitate to contact the national credit regulator</p>
