Unfairly Listed

I had an account with Game and decided to close off the account around April, and requested a paid up / closure letter. I was told that the letter will be emailed to me. But it wasn't sent. <br> <br> In June I app**** for credit in a financial institution and I was told that Game listed me and I was in arrears. I called their offices on the 19 June Pholisa Mati sent me the letter and assured me that they rectify the bureau report. <br> <br> To my surprise I found out that I am still listed, and I'm having trouble in getting credit. <br> <br> I'm very angry with their service.
