Unfairly handed over from Game RCS

PATHETIC SERVICE OF RCS. I'm a hairdresser and due to covid19 was unable to work, I have insurance for LOSS OF INCOME. However due to uncer*****y i have paid my account during the hard lockdown borrowing money to meet my commitments with rcs. As this is a very valued account to me. As you know lockdown was extended of which I put in a claim in June 2020 as i no longer could meet my commitments. I have followed up on a weekly basis ( from June) and only got a reply 29 October 2020. Claiming that they have previously tried to contact me which is BULL**** as i am available 24/7. however, I have been ask for more documents in which i've responded the same day. The only contact i received was from game HARRASSING me on a daily basis. I'm now unfairly handed over to MBD Attorneys whereas RCS has made provision for me for loss of income. What am I paying insurance for?????? It is now almost 7 months later and all i hear is "dont worry the insurance will sort everything out even if I'm handed over". This whole process is stressful not to mention I'm deeply concerned about my credit heath as i value this account. I'm ****sed that I'm handed over. I've given all the necessary documents which you confirmed you have received via automatic response of which i have proof of all correspondence. i urge you to take me out of this mess as i have paid my account religiously since 2016.. 4years. I've never missed a payment until LOCKDOWN. All i want is for MBD to stop calling me as i have been told I HAVE A VALID REGISTERED CLAIM AND THAT I cannot be blacklisted.
