Unfair charges

Good Morning I recently lost my job and i was unable to pay my RCs game account they were calling me now and again explaining to them that am no longer working as soon as i get my monies at work i will pay it. I was owing R2196.94 0n the 18 of August 2020 then i paid R1200 on the 18th then R1000 on the 23 Aug which in total was R2 200. I dont owe then anything I went to the shop (game)to close the account i was given an email address where i can send an email with my id number and close the account. *** everytime i send an email to this address i get a respond says failed . Now am receiving september statement says i owe interest, fees, insurance for what ????? I have paid up that account
