Unexplained interest and unreachable customer service number

RCS Game store card is settled, yet there is interest added for what really???? Which balance amount was this interest calculated on??? 2. Your card division number doesn't doesn't allow one to speak to a consultant, hangs up randomly... I am sick to the core of trying to get through. Why fool customers by giving them a number that is not in use? I wanted to put my account on hold, but this situation makes me want to close it period.
