underhanded tactics to claim nonpayment on arears.

I lost my job in December last year a week before Christmas due to the actions of an underhanded person, after 12 years of service. So, I have not been able to pay the full payments on my RCS card. But I have been paying every month. So now these ************ people have made it impossible for me to make any payments so they can claim I have not paid anything at all!!! first the blocked me from being able to pay in store using the card. Now they have since made it impossible to pay via Eft as they have flagged my account number for the card at the bank and now, I am unable to eft as the bank has now blocked the transfer for security reasons. I have paid what I can every month as I had no income for so long and still don't have a permanent employ with a fixed salary as I now only get in between 4000 and 9000 for the entire month to live on which comes to basically half and less than half of what I used to earn. Therefore, I cannot agree to any fixed amount as it fluctuates monthly.
