Unauthorized Enquiries on my Credit Profile

On the 17 May 2019 I got a call from one of the RCS consultant saying that I can get a credit card from RCS Group. I told the lady that I do not want to take a card but insisted that she will be able to assist me to get one. She called and said I will get a call to go and collect the card at Shoprite and nobody called.

On the 11 June 2019 somebody called again and I said I do not want the card.

On the 5 August 2019 I received an SMS from Mytransunion that there is an enquiry on my profile and I did not get a call from anyone. I now have three enquiries on my credit profile and I did not apply for your products.

I request that you remove all the enquiries done on my name as I did not give permission to anyone to make a check on my name. The enquiries will be on my name for 12 months and I did not apply for anything.

Stop calling us as I do not know where did you get my contact numbers from and we are called by your consultants.
