Unauthorized Debit by Blue Label Mobile via RCS – No Consent Given

I am extremely disappointed to discover that Blue Label Mobile has deducted money from my account without my knowledge or consent, and this appears to be linked through my RCS account.

I have never subscribed to any service from Blue Label Mobile, nor have I authorized any recurring charges. This is not the first time this has happened, and it feels like I’m being billed for a service I never agreed to.

I demand: • An immediate refund of the amount deducted, • The cancellation of any unwanted services, and • A clear explanation of how this subscription was initiated without my permission.

I have contacted RCS and am awaiting a response.
