unallocated payments

I have made 4000 in payments by eft tto rcs and have sent proof of payments for the last 3 months and still no allocation done <br> instead your call centre calls me an threatens me ?<br> <br> I had to make additional payments in cash to save my credit profile but for what ? more threats and rude consultants<br> <br> now who must ii speak to to eventually get this allocated ?????//<br>
