Unallocated Payment
Good day. Payment query. I have paid my account at Pick and Pay . Bill payments on the 27 February 2025. My account is up to date .
Until today that payment of R 350 had not been allocated to my account . I have sent numerous e - mails to Payment and Merchant Services at RCS group. No feedback.
Kindly advise .
