Unable to obtain settlement/closing letter

I paid the full balance of my RCS in store on the 6th Feb. I emailed RCS for a paid up letter/settlement - on which I received a read receipt. As I didn't receive it, I phoned on the 8th Feb and spoke to Brogan and I was told I would receive it within 48hrs. On the 21St Feb I spoke to Bronwyn who said she would request the letter and I would receive it within 2hrs. On the 24th Feb I phoned again and spoke to Nicole who again told me she would request the letter and I will receive it within 48hrs. In the meantime I received a statement with monies still outstanding. It is pathetic service that one must struggle so much to get a paid up letter!! RCS interest is extremely high that is why I am closing the card, and the service isn't much better.
