Unable to follow due process

<p>Hi</p> <p>MBD INC was appointed by RCS to collect my outstanding debt. </p> <p>I received an sms from MBD on the 4th of April 2017 that I should pay R 210, even though I had already made a payment arrangement with them for R 100.<br /> <br />My employer enlightened me today that I have been listed on ITC as bad debt written off placed on the 28th of February 2017. I have lost my job due to this listing.<br /> <br />What I don't understand is that I did not receive a Section 129 demand letter from them. What is most disappointing is that they made an arrangement with me and didn't notify me of the listing when we communicated.</p> <p>On a recorded line MBD Inc said they would remove the listing if I paid up. I have done that and I would like that done urgently as this is unfair and I need a job desperately.</p> <p>I know I was arrears but due process should be followed.</p> <p>I paid R 2 900 so the listing on transunion should be removed but they are not removing it.
