Unable to close account.

This is a ****, I requested to close my account however they are dragging their feet. I want to close my builders account. However I am still unable to get settlement letter. Yesterday I paid my overdue amount and including an extra R50 just so that this **** of an account decides to add extra charges that are unknown. Please close my account permanently or otherwise I will seek legal action.
