*****ulent transactions on RSC card

I wrote a review about our RCS card and details leaked out on RCS System. Somebody got hold of our card details and did an online transaction on our card. I spoke to RCS ***** department, who promised to investigate and provide feedback on the details... We require details about the item purchased, address where it was sent to and contact person to receive the item... I just received our statement, showing that the purchase shows on the statement, but it is now 2 weeks and still no feedback. We refuse to be liable for the purchase made of R4 000 as we would like to know how and why the RCS security is soooo poor that people could find our details on system.. While we are waiting, we also received new messages: "we confirm suspicious activity on your Builders Store RCS card.. And still the people have access to the account???? We would like to know WHAT RCS is going to do about this situation... We waited long enough for feedback and need this to be sorted now.
