Two face dealings
I had missed three (3) or four (4) payments on my Makro account. I was hoping to close off my Makro account in December, however circumstances arose that prevented that from happening. Now after the most recent call which am charged additionally for was received asking for immediate payment I negotiated a settlement plan with a debit order payments to be made at set dates till the amount is settled. I quickly made a part payment to them to reduce the amount outstanding. This morning I get a letter signed by Craig Nel (Collections Executive) (dated: 19 February) stating I will be blacklisted if I don't pay the whole amount.....what's the purpose of the ****** agreement I had with their agent?

Now my chief concern is since they now have the banking details the may just flipping do as they like with my money despite this arrangement. I do not trust RCS/MAKRO AT ALL. The need to attend lessons on customer relations from Truworths, I have been a client with Truworth for over 8 years and never had this ******** dealings I am getting with RCS/MAKRO
