Turn Around Time

I have requested to institute a debit order to pay the RCS account and have been doing so for months, but only discovered that their policy says once debit order is process it takes up to 48 hr to 5 business before credit will be available to you.

So initially i was shocked to hear and patiently waited until day 5 and to my horror after speaking to Sinethemba Mpeqeka who liased with her floor manager Tasneem Christian that their count for 5 days does not start on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday but Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday,Friday and Saturday.

So if people cannot do simple arithmetics then i dont know.

Then the embarrassment this morning whilst filling up @ the petrol station the transaction declined has the available credit was not cleared. So RCS has been sitting with my payment received and honored and still ZERO credit.
