Try and close a paid up account
Try and close a paid up account<br> <br> I am trying to close my RCS account. I phoned the call center whom informed me that I need to email [Email Removed] The call center informed me that I need to request a closure certificate to make sure my account has been closed. I did all this on the 23rd of January. Still I have not received any feedback or confirmation that my account has been closed.<br> <br> Close my account<br>
