Too much charges - balance is standing still

I have an account with RCS, account number: ********** ********** 70500 i used this account to purchase goods at Build it Strand no so long ago. The balance was about R5800 on the first statement and I've made 3 payments of R450 consecutively since then and that amounts to R1350 in a space of 3 months but the balance is still R5206,70??? What nonsense is that? Can someone please sort this out. My email is: ********** - i need a letter confirming that this issue has been resolved. i cannot make payments and the balance still remains the same!!! That is pure madness!!! if this doesn't get resolved i will report it to the Ombudsman!
