TIRED OF BAD SERVICE AND CONSTANT HARRASMENT BY DEBT COLLECTING AGENCIES

I am appalled at the service from RCS. I have settled an account in September 2020 after receiving your settlement letter. Since then all I have to endure is call upon call from one debt collecting agency to another. I have been friendly enough and advised them the account has been settled already. I have sent proof of payment and documents to various debt collecting agencies and yet I am harassed daily but these vultures. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. RCS please get your house in order. Stop selling off your debt books to collection agencies who could not care less of what time of day or night or weekend they call you and insist that you must make payment arrangements on accounts that are settled. I will never want to do business with you again.
