Threatening to Blacklist me but I did pay

I get an SMS every month saying that my payment is late. This month they threatened to report it to the credit bureau. My payment goes off via debit order on the 7th of every month since the day I opened my account as per the agreement signed.

I have responded multiple times but they keep sending me messages. I have NEVER missed a payment.

Maybe start distinguishing between the clients who pay and the clients who don't instead of sending out a message and threatening your paying clients as well. I am a very loyal payer but due to the absolute incompetence experienced by RCS, I will be closing my accounts.
