Thousands taken off my RCS builders card *****ulently

Be careful with ***** attempts on your RCS builders card. On 22 April R18724 was *****ulently taken off my builders card for an online purchase. I sent in a completed dispute form. When phoned was told I was liable. When asked fir details had to get a ***** case police number. Police wanted a statement of the *****ulent transaction. RCS said statemen available only end of May.logged a complaint against RCS with financial Ombudsman and waiting for outcome. RCS staff very ***********- spent hours on phone being directed to uninformed staff. My details had to be leaked from within RCS - do not trust any credit cards under RCS
