This has to be the most *********** loan company!

I have recently paid off some loans and out of all of them - RCS has by far been the worst.<br> First of all this company does not know how to generate statements, so you can never view money paid/ received. The call centre also doesn't have the power to assist you with you anything, any requests for letters etc on your account has to be submitted and you'll be lucky if 2 weeks later to receive something.<br> <br> Now I also paid off my loan 4 months ago and I paid against a letter I received from RCS for the full amount owing and yet 4 months later they are still charging me interest and various other collections fees because they haven't closed my account. Every time I call its always 2 weeks before anything can be done and 4 months later I'm still battling this and all the while my credit history is being ruined because I tried to do the right thing by paying off my loan early. Never ever will I recommend this company, they clearly don't know how to keep track of their accounts or use basic accounting systems to assist their customers.
