Once again you have managed to penalise me for you incompetence.

You cancelled my debit order as part of your ***** process. You failed to re - instate debit order when I requested, You acknowledged in your previous response to my hello peter complaint that you failed to carry out the instruction more than once you acknowledged that I eventually had to call in again to have debit order re - instated AND IT IS STILL NOT DONE!!!!!!!!

AND NOW YOU HAVE THE GALL TO ADD COLLECTION FEES TO MY STATEMENT - HAVE YOU PEOPLE LOST YOUR MIND!!!!! HAVE YOU NEVER HEARD OF THE OMBUDSMAN?????????

REVERSE ALL THESE FEES AND RE CALCULATE THE INTEREST AS YOUR ACTIONS ARE NOT LEGAL
