THEY MAKE MONEY ON YOUR MONEY
Good day,
I am writing another review in the hopes that something will come out of this.
In JULY 2019 someone made ********** purchases on my GAME STORE RCS card. To the Value of R 30 000. (says alot about the security control).
Even though it was reported RCS still deducted payments from my account! After sending through all the support for the ***** case, i heard nothing. I then had to come to HelloPeter to complain in November 2019 (please note ***** took place in JULY). They then all of a sudden phoned me back and confirmed the case is closed and they will pay my money back.
Today is 09 APRIL 2020 ( THE ***** HAPPENED IN JULY 2019) and i have still not received my money back. After sending email after email after email......i have lost count. I have begged and pleased for my money - no response. Not even decent enough to respond.
We are in a tough time - were unpaid leave is happening and where you need every cent to put food on the table and provide nappies for your child.....but yet RCS would rather keep my money and continue earning interest on my money than pay me my money so i can buy essentials.
I am so disgusted by this. I don't even know how people can sleep knowing what they are doing.
I don't know how load to shout for my money.
What do i do.....
You do not care that i am sitting with no money to provide for my family - you should honestly be ashamed......all i am asking is for MY OWN money back that you took from me with no right at all!
I am not asking you any favor - only for my own money back.
I guess i will now right a complaint every hour and try to find as many RCS employees and executives on lindedin and send them hourly messages as well. Maybe my next step should also be to make a case at the police station of theft and ***** - will this help?
