They listed my name on ITC as unpaid for Dec 2015

I have a situation where my EFT disappeard in their system on 26 Nov 2014. I have E-Mailed proof of my payment thrice and phoned numerous of times. On the proof of payment there was an account and ID number provide.<br> Surely this is a simple thing to trace, but every time I get told that there is a backlog on payment allocations. No one wants to be responsible each time I call them. Finally the matter was resolved second week of January 2015 but now they listed ITC as unpaid where i am up to date with my payments. however still no response from them till now.
