The worst customer service ever

I have escalated the issue with RCS builders for my refund of R1000 that was not credited to my account in October, I have escalated the issue to their complains department even now , I have not received my money back, ref for complains is AR***, Yesterday I even called the team leader Rishka , who has been dealing with this issue to request all call recordings and she failed to send to me. She advised that she has escalated the issue to Nishka Pertoson and i have not received any feedback.
