The rcs staff in finance department is very unprofessional and not trained.
I will never advise anyone to open a store card related to rsc. I made a payment through the buildersware house app on the 3rd October payment went off my bank, I received a thank you for payment message from rcs buildersware house account but, it is the 15th October they still haven't allocated my payment but is asking for another payment, I paid double my installment.
