The call centre agent in the loans department Saeed is so amazing,he helped me very well i give him 10/10 really his customer service and friendliness was so nice and then a few days later another agent Mikhail called me regarding the terms and conditions and was very friendly and nice i have to say RCS your call centre agents are amazing really i give them both 10/10 please tell them both i say thank u very much for their friendly and kindness
