The bad experience just keep growing into more bad experiences
Been a client for many years now and 90% of time time my account is in the positive, meaning that RCS owe me money so today I wanted to increase my limit as I don't often use this account to buy something and RCS have over the years decreased my limit, so I get penalised for having my account in the positive ***ning me money) which I think is unfair. If its not your employees that is to lazy to check payments made as it's to much work to check your bank account payments made to you by me now I get that you won't increase my limit this maybe the last straw for me to go to your competitors which will happily take my money. You decide today if you want to lose a customer and sales or save what's left?

16 Apr 2021, 16:06You call that resolved when all you did is saying that you cannot give a credit increase because you don't want to risk with the covid epidemic and the SA Government says it is a risk, yet banks do lend money to existing clients but here is my response to you and the SA Government.
Sorry to hear that you didn't want to do business by increasing my limit, for doing so you can now close my account as you said it's a risk so you can close my account for I won't do business with you and will take my business to a company that wants to do business, just note I won't shop in your shop again too so the +-R10000 a year of buying ink and stationery and other goods I normally would pay for cash will be bought elsewhere too like online overseas companies and will now buy non South African as it's a risk for South Africa to do business, so yeah gladly you can refuse as you'll only spite yourself, and imagine if I tell my friends and family and they tell their friends and family and before you know it it's another South African big company down the drain like Educom and so many other has gone.
So start making plans to search for a new job.
