The account that I paid off and closed has been reactivated without my consent, and insurance has been activated as well

I sent an email to *** asking for my account to be closed after I paid it up to date and received confirmation of the closure.

I have already paid off my account with RCS and received confirmation from the credit bureau that the account is closed.

I have observed that the account that I paid off and closed has been reactivated without my consent, and insurance has been activated as well, despite me not requesting it. I have not app**** for any new loans or requested insurance. It's worth noting that this same insurance company was unable to assist me when I was hospitalised for a year, yet it was activated while my account balance with RCS is zero, and insurance was charged on an account that is closed with zero balance. I feel disappointed that my loyalty and honesty are not being valued, especially after paying off the loan with more interests. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will consider taking legal action.
