A while back someone purchased alcohol with my Game card. Received an sms while at work and had my card with me. Called RSC and my card was blocked for investigation and was told it will take 21 working day, which took more than 6 months. While waiting for the matter to be resolved I was handed over to credit bureau for an account that was on R0 balance accumulating interest while under investigation. The matter was resolved but my name is still blacklisted. They got me into this mess but cannot get me out
Can you kindly assist to clear my name on credit bureau hence I can't get hold of them.
