TERRIBLE, UNFOCUSED AND *********** PERSONNEL
Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I regret ever having an account with RCS. They have reported someone else's bad account in my ID number to the credit bureau THREE TIMES in one year. THREE TIMES. This is clearly not a mistake. This makes me look bad as the person is not paying their debt. I am SICK of RCS more because my credit card is up to date.
