Terrible Terrible Terrible service to a loyal customer
I Made a payment on the 29th of October, and still waiting for them to allocate the payment. every time I phone, same story - it takes 14 to 21 working days to allocate the payment. It is way pass the 14 to 21 working days. Best of it all is they phoning me everyday telling me i owe them money. The card is now blocked!
