Terrible terrible institution
Still the same with RCS I have been sending e mails back and forth with regards to repayment plan yet the Collection agency keep on harassing me even RCS is the worst and even my wife is supportive by not shopping at their partner stores It is for my Makro Account don’t know why the account cannot be restructured despicable to say the least
