Terrible service for refund
Have a loan with RCS Loans, did a large payment on the loan as well as restructure on the Loan they Debited my account even though they shouldn't have, i been calling numerous times as well as sent emails for a refund they just keep giving the run around their service is terrible when they need to refund or assist you on your account. Its degusting.
