Terrible Service

Worst customer ever. My card was blocked by their ***** department, i wasn't given reasons why. Since the beginning of December i have been trying to get of their ***** department to assist to no avail. I have called their customer services call centre, worst experience, the agents cut call or they will whisper on the phone.

I have written to customer service, ***** department and complaints but still no assistance. My card is still blocked, no response from RCS. Such a horrible company
