Terrible Service
I paid my RCS card in full on 25 February 2020, 7 weeks later, I still await a refund due to me. I have sent all my relevant documentation over and over and over again and get told the refund takes 7 - 14 working days. Eventually was told money was wait to my account on 25 March 2020, nothing reflecting, I again needed to send proof that I did not receive the money. I have been on hold for 23mins waiting for someone to get back to me.

14 Apr 2020, 09:17Received an email from Papama from your Refunds department saying that i had been refunded on 24 March, I again sent my bank statement showing that no refund has been received. How many times do I have to prove that I havent been refunded.
